The Wave Report #16 - The rotation is live

The rotation has started. Don’t be the last to see it.

Most traders get wrecked in this part of the cycle.
Why? Because they skip straight to gambling in low caps while the real money is flowing somewhere else.

The truth: rotation always happens in waves.
And right now, the charts are screaming: we’re in the first wave.

1. TOTAL2 (Excl. BTC) → Breakout!

TOTAL2 just broke out of its multi-year triangle.

  • The Monthly candle closed above the previous ATH resistance.

  • Highest monthly close ever

  • RSI broke out of its downtrend.

  • Stoch RSI with upwards momentum.

This is your signal: the rotation into large caps is live.
ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP… these are the coins soaking up liquidity first.

Yes, a volatile wick back down to retest is possible.
But if September holds this breakout, October could mark the true start of altseason many have been waiting for.

2. TOTAL3 (excluding BTC + ETH) → Next in line

TOTAL3 is pressing right under its ATH resistance.
The triangle is tight. The pressure is building.

When it breaks, mid caps will follow large caps and that’s when euphoria kicks in.
That’s when retail finally wakes up and the floodgates open.

3. OTHERS (Small caps) → More patience is needed

OTHERS (excluding the top 10) is lagging behind. The structure is still coiling.
This tells you one thing: small caps aren’t ready yet.

They will have their time, but not now.
The rotation always runs the same: large caps → mid caps → small caps last.

The mistake most traders make?
They ape into microcaps too early, watch them bleed, and miss the big wave in large caps.
Then they rage-scroll X while others print.

👉 Don’t repeat that mistake. Play the cycle the right way.

The rotation playbook

1️⃣ Bitcoin peaks → ETH takes the lead.
2️⃣ Liquidity flows into large caps (TOTAL2 breakout).
3️⃣ Rotation spreads into mid caps (TOTAL3 breakout).
4️⃣ Finally, small caps and memes go vertical before the blow-off top.

We are at step 2 right now.

The bottom line

This is not the moment to gamble.
This is the moment to focus where the money is actually flowing: ETH + large caps.

TOTAL2’s breakout is your green light.
TOTAL3 is next.
OTHERS will follow later.

The best months of the cycle are upon us.
